The RH Group, which comprises RH Bophelo and RH Managers, stands firmly in solidarity with the communities we serve, our employees, shareholders and the government.
Our commitment to our stakeholders is outlined below.
Commitment to our communities
We remain committed to providing state-of-the-art medical facilities to patients. Our facilities are ready to provide support and care.
Commitment to our employees
We are committed to protecting all of our employees in the frontline. This includes proper knowledge, training and protective equipment to enable them to serve our communities.
Commitment to our shareholders
We remain committed to operational efficiencies that will take the Group beyond this pandemic. This includes providing our services in the most economically efficient and socially responsible way possible.
Commitment to the government
We are committed to the government protocols on pandemic management and have availed our facilities to provide service to the nation.
To date, we have already implemented the following:
- Offered hospitals in five provinces as dedicated facilities, should they be required to assist the Department of Health (DOH).
- Through our subsidiaries Africa Health Care (AHC) and Galindo Trading, we have commenced the manufacturing of non-surgical masks and protective gowns. In the coming weeks, we will increase our manufacturing capacity and supply our hospitals and the rest of the hospital community with vital protective medical equipment.
- Training on COVID-19 protocols as set out by the national department of health for our facilities.
The management team of the RH Group stands firm in its commitment to stand shoulder to shoulder with the national and provincial departments of health, and those of our brave colleagues and employees on the front lines of this virus, to optimise our response to this pandemic, leading to its eradication.
